Founded in 1999, Eventive Marketing is led by Amanda Stewart, an event specialist with over 30 years of experience. She heads a talented multilingual team known for exceptional client service, program control and end-to-end execution. Eventive’s long-standing roster of repeat clients reflects Amanda’s ability to deliver high-quality experiences while maximizing value at every stage.

Known for her ability to build strong relationships and deliver results-driven solutions, she combines creativity, insight, and a global perspective shaped by her passion for travel. Senior Product Planner
Alison’s 30+ years of experience in the MICE Industry gives her an extensive knowledge of the Canadian and International supplier landscape. Through her preferred supplier relationships with Independent & Chain Hotels, Venues, DMCs, AV, Décor and Entertainment companies, she provides our clients with customized, up-to-date, exciting, and creative events. She thoroughly researches destinations and negotiates contracts to provide the best possible value to our clients. Alison believes in the strength of a detailed and unique proposal based on client expectations, budget parameters, and corporate objectives.

Fiona Nunes
Senior Program Manager
With over 15 years experience in the industry Fiona brings her creative passion to the many client events she supports. She works closely with the client team to develop creative assets, manages vendor/partner relationships and executes on all the logistical details. Her calm demeanour and meticulous attention to all the details keeps the team focused on delivering events on time and on budget. Fiona’s background in Marketing & Communications includes time as an Event Marketing Manager, where she honed her expertise in planning, managing, and executing national and regional industry conferences, sponsorship programs, corporate meetings, town halls, and internal rewards programs.
With over 15 years experience in the industry Fiona brings her creative passion to the many client events she supports. With 25+ years of experience in the travel industry, in group air, incentive planning/operations and on-site execution, Melina has successfully produced countless programs using her strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. Her attention to detail and effective time management allows her to manage several programs/projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines and budgets. Melina thrives on supplying creative solutions to any challenge that may arise and is always looking for value-added elements to enhance the client experience. She is passionate about delivering unique client experiences.

Program Manager
She is responsible for the development and management of Eventive Marketing’s bilingual on-line registration sites. She ensures all aspects of the registration site are functioning, presented in a professional and timely manner, resulting in a user-friendly experience. In addition, she ensures that marketing materials align with the brand and oversees the administrative & IT functions to maximize efficiencies. Yves-Line is fully bilingual and brings her love of travel and attention to detail, to the many incentives and meeting events she has planned over past 20 years.

She supports the team with her strong administrative skills and full knowledge of Microsoft programs and database management. Graciela also manages the logistics on smaller programs and sources and manages the gifting and shipping component for all projects. Her exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask is a huge asset to the team.
